My name is Brittney. My husband, Brett, and I began paleo during the nutrition challenge (February 2012) at our local CrossFit gym. In the short few weeks that we’ve been doing it, we’ve each noticed a transformation in our bodies. We”re both down in body fat percentages and pounds. I have actually become quite passionate about it and have done a ton of research on paleo recipes and health benefits.
