		<description><![CDATA[I agree with Kristen. If I don&#039;t track calories or macros, my body shows it and my performance in the gym also shows it. Definitely what works for some may not work for others, I am an advocate of primal foods, but I still have to count my cals for fat loss.]]></description>

When i did counting calories i felt so depressed and sometimes i think its ok if i will die now, co`z im not happy anymore:( I did everything before like i dont eat my favorite foods but im very sad and i dont enjoy my life anymor! I got U.T.I because i dont drink a lot of water co` z i thought i will gain weight of it. Guys just enjoy life eat wat you want as long as you are happy dont think of what others will say instead think of how lucky you are that you can eat those foods. Just exercise and be happy.]]></description>

I marinated it in honey and cinnamon for two days with no holes poked in it. It was super most and super flavorful!!!]]></description>
