About Me

My name is Brittney. My husband, Brett, and I began paleo during the nutrition challenge (February 2012) at our local CrossFit gym. In the short few weeks that we’ve been doing it, we’ve each noticed a transformation in our bodies. We”re both down in body fat percentages and pounds. I have actually become quite passionate about it and have done a ton of research on paleo recipes and health benefits.

Thanks, Ashley! I’ll have to check yours out! I’m definitely not an “expert,” but let me know if you have any questions!

Is there a way to print out your recipes in a print-friendly format (a print button I am just overlooking)? I love what you have here and want to add to my recipe folder with your delicious recipes! Thank you!
